A prodigy eh! Truly mesmerising.

He could well be joining the musical pedestal of the Joshuwa Bell or Yehudi Menuhin ilk one day. My best wishes.

Where is he from?

Thanks for sharing Inepali. Lovely.

Hi Sandhurst Lahure , he is from Korea. Youngster of nowdays should be making music using instrument like and not cut and paste. Too bad the number of people who can play musical instrument is in the decline.

""Youngster[s] of nowdays should be making music using instrument """

I nepali,
True. Blame it on the access to the modern day technology - Playstation, WeeiI, Internet.. etc. I think, their dependance on this sort of things is eating away at their ceative selves at an age they are meant to be realising for far greater things in life. The Ipod generation eh!

I would like mine to learn Chopin, Tchaikovsky or Mahler at an early age but then, you can hope only so much - you wouldn't really know what manners of tastes they'd develop.

My list nonetheless:
I would like mine to:
- learn to play the music by the Great Masters
- have read the classics, Dickens, Austen et al incl Shakespeare
- have learnt French, German, Italian or Latin
- play every sport
- be leading teams in all kinds of activities
all before the age of 13/15.

Oh the dreams we weave! :-)

Good night.

.

I have a personal experience in this. My brother(small) started playing guitar during his 1st grade and presented some songs on the school on the 2th grade itself with his plucking skills. That was infact amazing, since i thought , by the time he grows up , he would grow skills as someone like yngwie malmsteen ;) . BUT , he started playing less guitar by the time he reached 5th grade and started DRUMS. He started it quite good, it seemed he knew what those beats are, what harmony is and how to roll your sticks! He simply plays superb and innovative scales. Man, we used to have quite good jam session and he still has a local band in the hometown, quite a punk , quite a rock band! :P Its fun playing music, it always is!
