My visa will expire on August2007. I will graduate on August too. But before my visa expire I want to go Nepal on June and come back at the end of the june. Though I have valid I-20 and unexpired Visa do the immigration give problem. For that what i have to do? any suggestion

you should be fine as long as you have the visa and valid I-20 but you will have to enter US before the visa expire.
Remember: VISA is requird just to enter this country.

That means I can go back and come though I have only one month of valid visa and I-20. That doesnot mae any differences right. Actually some people says that you should have to go 6 month before ur visa expire. so i am confused.

Anyone can just share the ideas. I am so confused what to do coz before my visa expire i want to visit my parents but only one month left for visa expire. Is this a good decision to go nepal though i know my visa expire on August and I will come back at the end of june.

Recently i replied on of the good Nepali friend the bit same problem that you have now.

I used to work in the ........Embassy in Nepal for 7 Years, since i retired. Right now i am with the US Govt.

Anyways, when i was working there as the head of the Security for 7 years i really had access of anything. IF i wanted i could provoke anyone's granted VISA, which i never did. So assuming the power i had, you can imagine what i could do.

Since one of my brother did not get the visa, i simply used one of the blank sticker for him, Its quite simple to print with the color laser printer. People confuse with the control nummber that is printd in the bottom of the VISA, but trust me, there is no need to be afraid of that. ITs just a computer generated numbers which dont have any link with the port of Entry.

Though i wanna get rid of those stickers in a good mannar, and if you are really serious then send me your passport with your one PP Photo, and will give you another 5 year multiple entry VISA. No doubt you cannot use it,
