now he is asking me some queries....which i thought to better to present it here
he has got training from july 2nd n he is fixing his flight on 21st

ani arko kura ullai janu parne extreme south u cai airachha chicago ko through
aba arko prasna chai will guy at entry point ask why chicago wen u r destined for south?
he is coming for 1st time
wat possible q will be there for him?
yaad rahos these all r in view of b1/b2
ani arko kura does he have to tell at chicago who is coming to receive him?
if s,does he need to produce copy of visa or PR of the person who picks him up?

It really doesn' t matter where you come. Coz he may have connecting flight from chicago going to houston or somewhere south. I was in same dilemma when one of my friend came here on business trip. But they didn' t ask him a thing so yes he can come few days ahead of time and can come to chicago no matter where his final destination is.

Your friend is in agony for no reason.
I have travelled couple of times in B1/B2 visa and never came across those questions. You can travel right after your visa is issued. The only thing you need to travel is a valid visa. It really doesn't matter when your training starts if you have a valid visa with you while you are travelling.
Regarding entry at Chicago, there should not be any problem either. In case they ask, he can just say "I am gonna spend couple of days at Michigan with my relatives before heading south for the training."
