Prashant has never been asked to sing in any other language. He can't go on to stage and say "mic de. Nepali geet gaunu paryo."

Amit has played a master stroke. With those 2 lines of Nepali song he is able to win Nepalese Heart and is able to divide Darjeeling's vote by mentioning Tea Gardeners in other song. I am sure, these 2 lines of songs will help him alot in next few rounds and even in Finals if it is between Prashand and Amit (I doubt the view that Prashant will reach finals).

Amit is too smart guy, probably he will have some chunk of nepalese voters to support him.

Prashant is too SOJHO keto, he does not know to play such politics except being honest in his effort.

he has got many chances to say a few words but he has never ever thanked any of his voter fans or spoke a line or two in nepali.
it makes a big difference. like amit and emon sing few extra song in ruboroo he can also talk to mini and sing a nepali song or speak few lines in nepali

Guys if you are following Indian Idol then Prashnta also sang a song which has some Nepali words in one of the episode of Gala round. That song was from film PARINITA. Kasto ramailo .....Ukali worali ... something like that.

Mokshya and PKC are right. Indian Idol has been marketing Emon has multitalented and Amit as multilingual singer. But they never mention Prashant that he can sing in another language too. Prashant sang two lines in Nepali too, Kasto ramilo relaima, he spoke nepali with Udit Narayan and he made clear that he is the 1st nepali to participate in Indian Idol so his success is entire Neplese success. So, it is up to the people who they want to vote .One, who is nepali in heart and thinks whose success is Nepalese success or the person who just sang two lines song to influnce the vote.
