Buda lai beluka ramrari kasrat garauna lagaunne ni...actually 'PushUP' ramro huncha...i think 'SitUP' is for girls..

1. Bhat dheri khanu hudaina

2. Bhat khaye pachi, 20-30 mins water pani khanu hudaina.

3. Daily exercise garnu parcha.

bhuti ghataune re....

aba depends ni .. bharkhar bharkhar badheko bhaye ajha 9 mahina lagchha... aba kurne bahek kei chaina upaya...LOL

jus kiddin ho eutaketi...tell u wot u do, stop eating like an ogre, try standing up sometimes, try not sleepin for 16 hrs once a while, and like our homeboi said, give ur boi wot he wants.... dont preach VIRGINS for LIFE... If u do, you will be.

Sadhai afu mathi bata garne hola ani kaha bata hunchha buda lai mathi bata pasina niskane gari garna lagauna parchha. Ani bhudi ghatchha.

Samsara, I agreed on your suggestion even though it will not born more than 10-20 calories ( equal or less calrories as stepping to third floor)

Hey Eutaketi,
Tell your hubby to follow this video. This is short, easy and can be performed at your own place without going outside.
 
 
I use swiss ball, floor with mat and inclined bench to do ab crunch. So far result is pretty much exciting. By summer, I am gonna get good six pack abs. :)

One can forget about getting good resulst by merely doing abs exercises without proper diet and cardio.Matter of fact is one does not even need any device to perform ab exercise.
