If you are graduating this May with masters, you will be able to appy for H1b..
you have two choices..
1) Either apply from undergarduate quotat (for this you need to have 4 years degree from overseas + 2 yrs eperience)
2) Not sure, but you can get pre-certificate from your college and apply with that certificate.

They will ask you when your OPT starts.. they will file for your H1b regardless if you are undergrad or masters as well. But limited quota.. 15 seats total and you must be a pro developer and experienced!
If you get your H1b, you commit for few months duration. Compensation matches industry standard with a min of 60k and no catch. They place u to fortune 500 companies.. so make sure u know how to program.
They also do require applicant must be Computer Engineering and Computer Science Majors (either from US or foreign country with 4 years bachelors holder/ Note: not 3 yrs degree) with a minimum of 2 years of professional proven experience.
