just a simple analysis.

Dang has the second highest # of Votes after Kathmandu.

Are the population in Dang is higher than  Pokhara? Bhaktapur and Lalitpur?
 or more than half the population of Crowded city Kathmandu?
Or is Dang more secure than Kathmandu that all the people living in Dang went for Voting? or are the people in Dang are allowed to vote more than once ;-).?

I wonder if they also used people outside Nepal's identity to vote again. I wish there was a system to check to see if anyone could have used our identity to vote?
