The French director from the project approached the King for the permit and research and that company spent 5 million dollars to do the research and was given the permit and liscence to begin work .........unfortunately SOON the King was sacked and then ........Girijas cabinate revoked the liscence saying it was corrupt and asked them to do another one with the presence of Girijas own people and then asked him 10 million $ to even begin the project and another 5 million for the new research. The French company Backed down from giving the bribe saying their ORG was a nonprofit charity company and was doing this for the people of Nepal so nepal can do business in asia .....French Man Mr Levy gave His interview in kantipur News and he made it clear that he was real disheartned how the Nepal goverment doesnt have any feelings for the poor of nepal.........LATER the same project was given to an Indian company almost worth nothing and nepal had to buy electricity from These MOFO Indians. SO bro what do you say???? WE all have loved ones back home and yes their situation are dire....they are the only people we can help......but what about the poor ones who dont have people like us living abroad????
