Dear Nepalese citizens
As we all (most of all) live abroad and especially in the US (I believe) worry about our beautiful country. Even though we fight here in Sajha, we love our country regardless of caste.
The political drama going on right now in Nepal makes me worry. When monarchy was about to go, I was scared if Gyanendra kill hundreds of people, but didn’t happen, he left silently and peacefully. He made me to respect him now. I hated him before. Don’t know why did he give up so easily, either he was scared if things would go wrong he might be killed like Chauchesko of Romania, or he didn’t want lot of people get killed or he cared about country and people. I hope my 1st guess is wrong.
When CA election was talking place, I was scared of violence especially in Terai. I Am glad it went smoothly. Next, Maoists won the election (I think people or fed up with NC and UML) I was scared if you establish a communist state and take over all private properties. I am glad they made a statement saying that they support capitalism and run the country as before with full democracy. Which was good to hear. When Maoists won the CA election I thought Maoist run the country and NC and UML stay opposition. I dreamed perfect democracy and we would be the example in the world. Nepalese democracy where communist came thru ballots not bullet. As UML did before but didn’t last long because of Giri-ja.
The things falling a part now, there are buying and selling of CA member going on. Being a largest party I believe Maoist should get chance to run the country (don’t get me wrong, I hated Maoist, Now I hate NC and UML more, I think King is better than all parties), but it doesn’t seem like it. I believe NC, UML and Forum had meetings at Indian Embassy.
To make story short, If Maoists don’t make govt. there would be bandh, strike again as before, Nepal will go more backward. NC, UML fight again in the govt. will go back to BS 2046.
I am thinking to go to Nepal in October. It doesn’t seem like it gonna happen.
Pashupati Nath le sabai ko kalyaan garun
Jai Nepal.

Bishal bro........there are millions of Nepalese who have the same feeling like you......EVERY CHANGE we hope for the best, We abroad and educated and priviledged ...lower middle class, middle class , upper middleclass, lower upper to the extremely rich and royality. are minorities in Nepal's huge population.....Majority are poor, uneducated and unpriviledged people WHO have been suffering for ages and every time getting dissapointed by the goverment who promises so much to get votes and then completely forgets about them. These Netas ALL OF THEM INCLUDING MAOISTS HAVE BEEN EXPLOITING THE POOR FOR THEIR OWN SELFISH CAUSE TO GET TO POWER ONE WAY OR THE OTHER AND THEN DITCHING THEM. THESE NETAS are so power hungry that they will do anything for that rush of being supreme controller YET THE PUPPETS OF INDIA every single one of them. Turning Nepalese against nepalese and yet preaching PEACE as their main Agenda is such a bullcrap. Making the majority of the poor hate the minority of the priviledged was the main reason of Khymer rouge in CAMBODIA...where millions were killed even for being able to read and write and then was the killing fields SAD....and still could happen in Nepal. If the King was a monster who killed his family to get to power......who are we and those hired rioters that demanded he step down when he had the military ready in his command???? Bro We have made a huge mistake and made it very easy for the indians to unofficialy take Nepal under oir own nose and we have a HINDI SPEAKING PRESIDENT.......a kick in every Nepalese face...............

I totally agree with you guys. I don't like Maoist but they were elected by NEPALESE so they are the ones who should govern the country not NC OR UML. Why NC AND UML are playing politics? Especially dirt old Girija. What does that man want? Can't he survive without Prime Minister post or what? I'm so sad that our country is so divided and so fragile. I don't know what is going to happen. We never have a visionary leader that is why we have been paying the price. Whatever we have were corrupted and not visionaries.

you came to streets to abolish monarchy and now you are saying maybe gyane was better than these f***ing politicians.
this exact same nature of us( i.e. nepali people) has lead to today's mismanagement.
