don't buy anything from buy.com, they just eat your money. i bought USB drive of 320GB and i haven't received till date. it has been 2 weeks and they told me that it's already delivered, but on the delivered day i was at home and nothing came on that day. So, be careful and try to avoid buy.com. Avoid Buy.com

NO, I think they will refund your money. I also buy bluetooth headset, but after 2 weeks,  I got mail saying that the product is out of stock. After another 10 days (approx.), I got that money refunded in my credit card. I think, they took time, but they will refund the money.

buy.com is very reputable website... i wont worry about it..

if u have questions.. call their customer service phone # and give them your order # and ask what is happening .

Buy.com is byfar the best site I have come across for online shopping and I always use google checkout when buying from Buy.com and haven't had any problems whatsoever.  Their shipping turnaround time is faster than any other places I have shopped at online.  You should follow up with their CS dept.

Buy.com is a reliable and trustworthy website. The claim that lonelyguy that buy.com "eat your money" can not be true. Very unlikely, but if you are sure that it has happened file a dispute with your credit card company. Don't worry you will be fine.
