Prachanda files nomination for PM; says it will be a national unity govt

Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' filed his nomination for the Prime Minister Thursday. The Constituent Assembly (CA) will elect the Prime Minister on Friday.

He registered his nomination at the CA secretariat around 4:30 pm. General secretary of Unified Marxist Leninist (UML) proposed his name for the post while Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (MJF) coordinator Upendra Yadav supported the proposal.

Earlier today, the Maoists, UML and MJF had reached a seven-point understanding according to which Prachanda would get support of the latter two parties in his prime ministerial bid. UML and MJF will join the Maoist-led government.

Nepali Congress has named Sher Bahadur Deuba as its candidate for the prime minister. Deuba was elected the leader of NC parliamentary party before being selected for the prime minister race.

Meanwhile, talking to reporters after filing his nomination, Prachanda said the main priorities of the next government would be to bring about socio-economic change and establish lasting peace in the country.

Describing the would-be government as a national unity government, the Maoist chairman said the new alliance would still try to convince Nepali Congress to join the government. He also said his party would keep the defence ministry. nepalnews.com mk Aug 14 08

My View: Hey Ekal, ask your mom how much trouble you have created since you were born.

Second Sentence: " my concern is 'it should be make sence'".

My View: My concern is; 'it should make sense'.

I suggest you take a small tutorial on Verbs and Tenses.

Now if we can move forward, the porpose with which unicornis created this thread is not about how good or bad our english is but to discuss about these f#$king politicians who converted Nepal into a miserable place.

I don't think it will really matter if prachandey is pm or any one else.. all they'll do is abuse the power to take care of themselves and their owns like its always been in Nepal. If they had really cared about our country it wouldn't have taken so long for them to form this stupid government. Finally it'll be decided tomorrow who the next top ABUSER of Nepal would be so it'll be back to same old chaos which we all were used to.

Prachanda mofo will kill 13000 more if he is given absolute power. UML and MJF should realize that with defense ministry in Mao's hand, they will fill NA with their killers. NC is right for demanding defense. I won't be surprise if Mao mofo go for a coup and kick UML and MJF (Mother Jolly F.u.c.k.e.rs)

Never liked politics especially Nepal's and India's but janta gave them a chance. We will have to see now. It is lot easier to push naive, innocent and illiterates to kill others while they took safe refuge in the jungle, now we will see how they will run the country.

my point of view is 'each and every creation, envent, development, and discovery i mean drastic changes to society is not so easy. when we borned we never know how many problem did face our respective mother she knows or god knows but she created us. similarly our countries (motherland) situation also in same condition i mean for better tomorow all we are suffering ! who does like war, revoulution, to kill each other, but it's necessary for the drastic change for better tomorow to you, me and your family, society, and country. think about it 'why we are in abroad? are you happy in pardesh? definately not.  

my previews statement (borne, mother, you) was just for example about situation of our countries but you disapointed that was a missunderstanding !
