American Dream....or lets put it in simple words... a Better Life.. a Better Future...

Isn't that what we were seeking for (and many of us are still..) when we came to the US?

I can still recall that day when I was waiting on the line in the Yak and Yeti Hotel, Durbar Marg, watching hundreds get rejected for the US Visa. My heart was pounding hard, my hands were shaky. I was so lost, preparing answers for the probable questions that the Counselor might ask me. I couldn't even smile and say Hi! to the person sitting next to me. Apparently, he seemed to be more tensed than me  His red ears and the sweat on his forehead showed it all. The only thing I could think about was praying to the God for blessing me, so that I can get through the day and fly to my Dream Land- AMERICA.

When I got accepted, I felt like I was on the top of the world. I took my family and my friends out for treats. Well, if someone was leaving from the US, friends and family are the ones who give a farewell treat, unlike in our country Nepal .. Inspite of that, I loved it because we were accustomed to it.

When I first came here, I was 20..The first semester just passed by flirting around with girls from the rest of of the world(esp. from Mongolia) because Blondes were out of our reach... Not trying to dicriminate or anything of that sort... There were numbers of reasons for a big WHY?? And I'm pretty much sure that most of you guys who are reading this right now are getting what I mean.

Then I transferred to NY city for college, the place I thought would change my life. Infact, it did... I started learning about the Real Life and the real struggle. I found myself in the position, just like in those old Hindi Movies, where a working class guy( Hero) travels around in that jam packed buses and trains to get to his work, works late but don't get compensated well for his efforts. It was becoming hectic, going to school at the same time and trying hard to maintain A's in all classes(though I couldn't ace on that part).. Its not only my story... Its the story of all the first generation immigrant students.

We were taught in our high-school and at home that if we don't go to school, then we wont have a better job and become successful. But I was always skeptic about this concept. I definitely want to have a degree, but not because I want to put all my efforts in making thousands of dollars for someone, who don't even have to do anything with me, my family or friends' line... I want to educate myself so that I can find ways out to work on my own.... Its crystal clear that a person would work harder when he is working for himself than when he is working for some filthy rich...gigantic group of bourgeois.

Now, the question arises...Is there a way?? But my concern is " Are you ready to Change Yourself?" I might not have much experience about work...studies and real life unlike many of you regular Sajhaites do, but being a Nepali, being the first generation immigrants, I can understand the grievances everyone has coming to this country. I was blown off when I heard about how the American system was running. Well... finish your 4 yrs college, get a job...if you want to earn more..go back to school or get another job( part time or full time)... retire at the age of 65...then live on the social security benefits...  Did i say Social Security benefits??.. Well most of you might be aware about that fact that the Baby Boomers have already started retiring since last year .. so by the time we will retire, do you think social security office is going to have any fund left for us???.. the answer is HELL NO!!  Then what about the tax we are paying?? Ah!! Its sad but its true that we paying tax to feed those people.. who we don't even know...

The worst part for the international students... its so freaking hard for us to get the permanent residency.. In NY City..its tougher to even get a social security number...you know.. the one you cannot use even for working... which sucks Big time... When I learned about the system... I realized it wasn't for me... But Hey... Hawa Nachali Paat Hallinna.... Why would people call this country.. The Land where Dreams Come True....So that means there are ways for us to become successful and its not Bogus.... Its realistic and lucrative... we just need to get out of our comfort zone and start looking out. Opportunity don't come to you.... You have to go look for it.....

One thing I can guaranteee.... "If You Don't Try...Everything Will Stay The Same".......Its your choice ...whether you want to take one more step out of the circle you are living in currently or not..... Its not addressed to the ppal who are making six figures income or more..Guys!! you are already good to go.. But still .. Wouldn't it be so wonderful... If you had those six figure income coming in as residual...??? Think about it guys...and  what about the remaining 95% of Nepalese in the US.. Most of them are Flat Broke...  Do you even have any idea where you are heading to at the moment?? Finish your studies...find a job...usually 9 to 5... spend sometime with you friends and families during the weekends.. and then off you go to work  on Monday again...continue this until u retire....keep paying taxes for no reasons.. coz you are least likely to get benefits out of it in the future..even if you did.. how much does the government pay you?? 50 % of your actual earning... Now thats ironic... People can't live happily on their full income...Who the Heck can live happily and be secured with half the income???

Would you continue this if you find a better way?? Do you think you have the ability to bring change in your life.. I am challenging you guys... Are you guys ready to bring changes?? Can you take a step out of your comfort zone?? Can you work lil hard for few years and then be financially secured for the rest of your life?? may be even for you next generation if you put lil more extra efforts..working for yourself??

Too good to be TRUE??? Well..... the answer is YES..... we have the cookies in our hand.. I dare you to meet me.. if you are living in NY city...or mail me if u have any querries.. Good luck with what you're doing guys!! But remember that there's another world too.. which is generating more millionaires than any other companies or industries... Not even MICROSOFT has been able to do it.,.....................PERIOD!!!!

PEACE!!!

Well! Mad Dog bro..

seems like you have a pretty good knowledge about multi level marketing system(MLM)..thats good to know about ...and I believe many people think its a scam.... Upto a certain extent... I agree ... .... and I don't know about Robert Kiyosakis cd.. Haven't heard his name before though... hehe!!  and I am not talking about Multilevel system at all...  Its a Binomial system...Unfranchise system.... and I can guarantee that its gonna hit the fortune 500 companies within next two years...looking at how fast it is growing.... For the straight 64 quarters, its been just going up and up... Definitely somethin to look out for..  but people are so much terrorized by this pre-conceived notion of network marketing  business being a Scam ( because of high number of failures and quit rates in those companies)... that even before looking out for what it is...They just make the pre-judgement about it and state their conclusion as it being another MLM scam.. ..  Whether you trust my words or not.. but in the near future... Daju...you would be a part of this company...(may be as a customer)...and if you're wondering why is this FOB saying it with so much confidence... then all i have to say to you is that.... This is a new trend of marketing..the new revolutionized concept... that will attract the majority of the online shoppers(atleast more than 30 millions...and I ain't bluffing)  within next 5 years.......
