I need an apartment close to BUMC, south end boston or back bay, willing to spend $2000 . Must have an assigned parking spot. If anybody knows any reliable agent please do let me know. Any real estate or leasing broker welcome. Looking to move in Oct.

It may be difficult to find good places close to BUMC since the semester has already started. So only places available may be really expensive or in the ghetto. Parking spots in South End/Back Bay go for at least $400 - 500/month (they are not even indoor). However, street parkng is not that bad in South End. Good Luck.
