Yea. Its called Jau and I though I dont know where my parents got it form but they used to bring it. I guess you can get it in Ason side....

You can get it in Bhatbhateni supermarket as 'porridge'. look for the ingredient - Jai - there. You can cook just like old fashioned oats here and eat it.

yes it is avail in nepal.  Don't forget Gundruk also....Gundruk ko achar ta jhannai paicha...

you can get "oatmeal" in almost all dept stores and it is called -oatmeal ;-)

I thought it was a "typo".....I was thinking of "GOATMEAL" lol......just playing...Dashain is approaching on our yards and missing "khasi ko maasu" heheee.......Normally, you get "oatmeal' in most of the grocery stores and you don't have to go through this expensive routes........Anyways, hope you are enjoying the "oatmeal" by now
