Anyone has any idea as what needs to be done to expedite OPT processing. Lets say to expedite the process from the very beginning. If anyone has any experience, please take some time to write down to share with me. That will be a tremendous help and I will really appreciate that.
PS. I have already exhausted my search on various websites on the internet. But I want to know first hand experience of others and any other info that can come out.

Prabhat, I did the expediated process. I attached the job offer letter with the application. As other people have done, they attached the personal cover letter explaining why they want the expidiated process. However, my international advisor simply put the expediated request in front of the application. The whole process took only 22 days for me to get approved. It might be different with the different service center, I used the nebraska service center. vermont is the busiest so they take a bit longer than others. good luck to your application. and don't worry about it too much, the job offer letter really helps.
