hello everyone i am in a critical situation. i was dropped from a class 2 yrs ago i didnt cared it but now i have realised it was a great mistake that i did and i dont even have good GPA should i travel to mexico .........or i heard i can do it by applying in immigration will they will reinstate me plz help me with this

if it is your first time fu(k up, immigration should re-instate u. I hope ur GPA is not less than 2.0

why don't you come California and apply for Assylum. i think this must be the right idea for you. tho its not 100% gurantee but still there more than a 90% hope. So dude, try this one.  i heard its real cheap too. Many ppl have went thru this situation. so don't frustrate. Just give a try.

if u want to take risk, its 50-50, go to your college and talk with your international adviser.. i know sure he.she gonna say you have to go to immigration office for this.. but when you go to office you have 50-50 chance of getting  reinstate or being deported.. its upto you bro..

and forget about assylum.. its for those people who lands in usa with in one year period of time.. with in that time u can file for it.. after that there is no way chance..

but good news is just wait till obama takes the seat in 20 jan and then immigration reform bill will be re sponsored and i guess you guys have preety nice chance to get green card(11 million illegal aliens)..since there is democratic majority in senate and house tooo.. i guess it will be helpful for u to wait till what happens..
