Hello Experts, I have few question regarding LC (Labor Certification) processing...really appreciate if you share your experience/knowledge regarding this. - my previous employer applied LC for me without my concern, but i want to apply from the current employer. So my question is, is it possible to apply two LCs from two different companies? or should I cancel from the previous employer and proceed from the current employer. -what will happen if LC is cancelled/denied? Will it affect my H1b status ? Thanks is advance, prajapati

As far as I know you can file multiple LC's. If your LC gets rejected, it should have no impact on your H1-B status and you are eligible to re-file your LC again.
