Guys, I need serious help;
My situation:
I am a student under F-1 visa with valid status. I heard advertisement of Dhoti Consultancy to provide Canadian Green Card within a year if I file my case through them. I went there and he charged me $200 for consultancy and $1300 by debit card for the service in the beginning and he gave me an application and document checklist to submit as soon as I can. It took me 2 months to collect all those documents. Till now, I have  taken only 20 minutes of his time, I have not filed my case yet. Within this 2 months period, I surfed sajha.com and found that I had to make 67 points to get PR which is not possible in my case. My eduacation, work experience, english proficiency lack so I decided to quit and not file now. I asked my $1300 back but he refused. What should I do now? The time period to file dispute to my checking account was only 60 days that already passed, Should I file lawsuit against that person???? PLEASE HELP ME....

Please suggest me ideas and procedures how can I get my money back from that greedy fellow.

write a letter to the company saying that u are going to complain the labor department in USA and IMMIGRATION IN CANADA if they didnt give your money back

call the immigration in canada, and expain them your situation ...........they will give u advise .......also called labor department here in USA, AND ALSO CALLED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HERE IN USA AND THEY WILL GUIDE U TOO ...........

if nothing seems to work, go through a lawyer  ,but normally government will help u out .......

if nothing works out still, either keep quiet or buy a ak47 and shoot all the fradulenet dhotis .....or gather a few nepali guys and break their heads the nepali way ......(i am kidding_) ............u will be okay and wont have to resort to violence.......govenrment will help u out ..........go legally !

i was just talking about u taking ak47 to take care of these fradulent bastards hehe , now u already thought about using RDX ...........easy man  ........we got law, so lets do it legally !  lol
