Friends, I am in H1 right now, but want to go back to F1, mero phaila ko student visa ajai sakyako chaina, and i have not stamped my H1b so if i go nepal. Pheri F1 stamping garnu parcha ki pardaina. Any idea? or any one has been in a similar situation please share you experience.

Your visa status F-1 would be void as soon as you changed your status to H1B. That means, to go back to F1, you need to apply for change of status (If you are willing to do this in US) or you need to apply for F1 in Nepal. You might want to contact an immigration lawyer.

Change of status ta US mai garne ho. But if i got to nepal with I20 should i go to American Embassy in Nepal for stamping.

As you have not stamp your H1 You need to go to Embassy any how I recommend to change your status to F1 and visit Nepal So, its more easy .. Good luck
