I got an offer for a car from a Japanese postdoc who is returning Japan this month. The specifications of the car are as follows:

2000 TOYOTA Rav 4, 90,000 miles, White color, clean title, in good condition.

How much will you pay for this car,if you have to buy this???

Thanks a lot in advance for your genuine responses.

how much is he/she asking in the first place, hear his first peice and ask him/her whats the lowest can he/she can go and give him/her  your price-1000 (that price is to negotiate), if he agrees then its fine then if not increase a little. Believe me this place is like nepal and india and we have to negotiate. Don't pay the first price and walk out please.
