It depends on your school.Check with your academic advisor. I used to take 6 credits per quarter.

minimum of 18 credits per one academic year...no matter how u take it...take some on fall or some on summer or some on spring...tc

I think it depends on school. I am talking 6 on fall and spring and 3 on summer. talk with your DSO if you have any confusion.
