You are talking as if working in a gas station is a problem..WTF at least people get to earn some money..what do you mean solution?? people made a choice to work in those gas station not like anyone dragged them to do so...I don't think everyone thinks it is bad to work in one. I have seen lot of people who worked in a gas station who have done really well though progress was slow at the beginning. work is work there is nothing wrong about it.

i think about 50% are working gas stations and restaurants most of them  undergraduate students, correct me if i am wrong, there are other people who own buisness and work for themselves and some graduates who dont work in gas station. if u r frog in a pool then, u dont see the whole world, frog thinks pool is only his world.

why do we Nepali always care about how other Nepali are doing? I haven't noticed other races, even indians poking nose on others business. i don't know the exact percent of Nepalis working in gasstation but i know why most of them are working in gas stations.

 the reason is most Nepalis are so nosy about other Nepalis that they are only focused on what others are doing and they can't by pass that and do unique most of the time. oh, this dude is workign in a dhoti consultancy , let me be a bheda (sheep)and follow him  and you see 20 Nepalis asking for Indian consultancies in sajha in a week. same goes with gas station. and you might tell me that most gas station workers are Nepali students and thats cuz they don't have option. heck they did have option before they came here, but they chose the worse option, yes that is to be a bheda and follow what other kids are doing. please please please my dear fellow Nepalis start being creative and stop being a bheda... stop gettign curious about what others are doing. cuz you if do, then  you're living up to their expectation and you're forgeting the main person, ie YOU.
