Does anybody have a good knowledge of this: If I transfer from H1 ti F1, will I fall under the H1 cap the next time I try to get an H1?

Nope. When you need H1 you can simply re-instantiate it. That is my understanding.

But who knows.. laws and rules keep changing in this land..
