If you were lawfully admitted and now lost your status and became illegal, you can migrate to canada. You can apply as a skilled worker or a self employed from USA, you will get canadian PR in around a year. Then go to Canada,

Furke: That used to be. Now Canada asks for a legal status in the country of residence. Honestly, I do not see any way for the poster. Even if you make your way into Canada illegally, you will likely remain illegal in Canada. You will not be able to file for asylum if they find out you were in the US before coming to Canada... You should have been more careful with your status while you had time. Only way for you is to go back to Nepal and reapply...

It is true, never loose the status. It reminds my cousin, he wanted to be in US, I let him go back to Nepal ( did not suggest to be illegal), he was extremely mad and still mad. He has not realized the great help I have done to him, now he is in Canada with Ph.D.

I think tryin2bpro may have a point. There seems to be exceptions when you can seek asylum in Canana at the border. You may want to do more research in this area.
