The degree of trouble you might get depends upon your immig. status bro, the stronger your status (i.e.Citizen) the less trouble you will face.

If I am not mistaken only a fingerprint should not stop you as long as you are in good standing and have a valid VISA to reenter the country.

sanju baba i m in good standing but the problem is I m in a  student rest all my GPA evthg is good as well as valid visa, any thought

do  have immigration consequence such as defraud, robbery, kidnapping etc  while other not. Do TABC fall under this category?I do not have any idea regarding this.
