Hello friends,

My mum came to US on my graduation. Her visa is stamped as valid until sept 2010. In her I-94, it is written Nov 2010. I am wondering which date will take preference. Can she stay till Nov 2010?

Please please share your experience and knowledge. Thanks in advance.

Your mom can stay until Nov 2010 as stamped on the I-94 card. Visa is just to enter the country, all it means is your mom won't be use that expired visa to enter US beginning Sep 2010.  Assuming the visa is multiple entry, theoretically, your mom could leave today and come back in September, right before her visa expires and her I-94 will be valid for another 6 months.
