I have to give a presentation about Geography, culture,
religion and food of Nepal as well as Nepal-America relationship (in short, topics, facts or pictures about
Nepal that will be interesting for these American) in an Asian American
Literature class. So I humbly request Sajha readers to give me your ideas,
pictures and articles that you think will represent our Nepal.  If anyone has done this before you can send me a copy of your slides or articles as well. Suggest please!! 

Your idea worths a lot to me and for identifying Nepal among a bunch of People.

I did that long time back and I focused my presentation on the Gurkha soldiers, from origin to presentday and in I mixed every Nepali culture and tradition too. But since Nepal hasnt got anything good going on I focused on the only pride we still carry as being a Nepali. GORKHALI SENA bravest of the brave!

dont go too much in detail like different caste........make it informative but not overwhelming....please dont give misinformation. i have seen many college kids presenting about nepal and talking about shiva ratri as "free marijuana day", which is not 100% true. its better to cut out such information that to misinform. nepal tourism board has useful info relating to tourism
