They will treat you nothing more than like bali ka BAKRA. Beware of AIM consulting company. Hope this awareness will help some nepali from falling in their trap.

I have worked
with them when it was AC Consulting, they got screwed up with Department
of Labor then they opened new company called Aim CC as their wives as
owners/partners. Sagar is nice person as personal perspective but not
good person as professional perspective, but not company. They really
screw like anything. I know better than any one because we are the first
batch of their H1B candidates. I prefer avoid them.

Nothing great. But if you are a new comer in US and looking for new job, they can get you H1 and a hope of survival.
Not so good things About Aim Computer Consulting LLC :
No
facility. Poor pay. Breaks visa, H1, labor laws. Now no more old labors
could be substituted for GC. Suggestion: use them as your first job to
get a start. Prepare yourself, work hard and find a better job. poor
paying jobs are still better than no job. be careful about H1 and
immigration stuff as even if you leave them, an unlawful use of visa and
H1 can cause problem in future even if you move to a different job.

I don't like to solely go by these reviews cuz any one can post even their rival desi companies. However they have multiple Names ,charge money for tranning or call it a deposit are not good things.they tend to hire Nepali recruters cuz we can bring fresh graduates aboard.
