Do you expect to get a good answer with that much detail in your question?
Tell us more. Is your I-20 still valid and when is it expiring? You will get a new visa stamp when you leave and try to reenter the country as long as your status is valid.
I am a little bit concern with the mentality of the new students coming to US, it appears they just apply to US school w/o thinking much. Hope you are not one of them.

Rules have changed since I got here way back, but as far as I know if your I-20 is valid then you don't need valid (unexpired) visa to stay in the country. VISA is only needed to re-enter the country and you will apply for it only if you leave the country. Just keep your I-20 current and satisfy the full-time student requirements (no. of credits etc).

 sounds good.
I have another quick question, is that true that the f1 students of US don't need visa to enter canada and come back to US for 30 days ? As far as this idea striked me down, should I go canada and try for US visa in a way I can back and forth (US-Nepal).
 Suggestions ???

I am pretty sure that's not true. Check Canadian consulate website to be sure.

Yes you can go to canada for 30 days with your I-94 Card IF you're not trying to apply for any Visa in Canada or anything...DO NOT GIVE  your I-94 if you're planning on returning within 30 days........Remember, if you plan on applying for F1 Visa in Canada then 30 days rule doesn't apply to you and then you'll need a valid canadian visa to enter Canada.

Another important thing, if you apply for F1 Visa (for renew) and in case you're denied in Canada, you'll not be allowed to re-enter United States from Canada. In that case, you'll have to leave Canada within the given time and go to Nepal and re-apply for F1 Renewal. Again, you've to go through EXACTLY same process as you did when you applied Visa for the first time...

Hopefully it clears your confusion.....Good Luck.

Pichas, mind your language buddy. Anybody can hide behind a computer and say anything. I am not sure what fault you found in my posting that you corrected with yours.

Purana Kagaz might be right there, I thought they had short term visa for canada (30 days) whose necessity would go away if they didn't need a visa for 30 days or less, but it seems he knows what he is talking about here.

For a guy whose threshold of being "judgemental" is so small you sure use good words for others.
I was asking genuinely when so much was asked with limited information. I still tried to help him with whatever info we had did I not? Besides the poster was satisfied with the answer.
Anyways, nothing against u either.

Did you not edit your post? Never mind; I am just using small word to ask a question; which in any case would not be genuine.

 Junk_Truck:
Let me give you the easiest solution to your problem.

The best thing is to go to Nepal and apply for Visa Renewal. If you are currently in status, have valid I-20, have good GPA, You should qualify for F1 Visa easily because you'll be returning student. You'll have opportunity to meet your parents and you don't have to face the consequences when visa is denied in Canada....It is also recommended from INS that student goes to his/her country for the Visa Renewal..

If you choose Canada, you'll have to be ready for different scenarios:
It might take longer time.
The consular might tell you to go to your Country to renew. ...etc

So, go to NEPAL and renew your VISA.....
What i feel is, you're scared to go to Nepal to renew your Visa and instead you want to go to Canada....
Have you thought that Even if your visa is rejected in Canada, you will not be allowed to enter United States anyway..So why not go to Nepal and enjoy the trip at the same time...

Good Luck.
