 Land price going down in nepal

Looks like Nepal is in recession. the land price is going down and 1 or 2 banks are closed or i should say bankrupt.

I have 4 anna in jorpati - last year i was getting 12 lakhs per anna now i am getting 10 lakhs per anna.

What is going on ?  Will the price will go more down ... before it goes down i want to sell it .
