This is the basic of ms access. Go to your library. Borrow ms office book. Study ms access for a couple of hours and you can do it easily. If you have problem on particular area, ask us. I will help u; other guys will help too. Who will have so much time to do your project and it's not right too.

It looks pretty easy. Just go to YouTube and see some tutorials.
And asking for direct solutions nobody's gonna do that for free, caz it takes time to solve the problem.
Self Help's the best Help.
Only suggestion I can give is read book / see tutorial vidoes and get done..
It's not very hard. And you have to do this in Access it's a piece of cake. I guess you don' have to write any codes.
