 Hi,
I am a student here in the U.S. since 2008. Recently, I won the DV lottery and got a letter where I had to fill out an application form. I went to the local USCIS office to change my status but the attendant with whom I had an appointment had no clue about this, and she read the website instead of explaining me. I got very angry and left the place. I called the USCIS customer service but they said that I have to contact the local office. Now I am lost between two places. So, can any one of you help me with this matter. Please. I am really tensed because this is a very good opportunity for me..and I feel that I am losing it.

Did you win DV2012 or DV2011?
If it is DV2012  you just have to send the DSP122 to the KCC and wait till October. They wont' sent you any letters, but check on the Status Check Website frequently to see if they recieved your form.
