My Boss asked me to file labor certification from his Gas station. I have been working with him in his store for almost a year since its opening day. Just a quick query with immigration gurus.

1) what are the chances to get approved?
2) how long it might take overall for GC.?
3) Any good lawyers in houston?

F1 status graduating this semester with Associate of Arts and filing OPT too.
Store is quite big, new and doing good business. Nobody has filed LC from the store till now nor any1 paid in check. Boss has 5 more stores. ( if it helps)

Thanks in advance for the advice and guidelines.

*** Thumbs up to NAS and Anti NAS crew to paint Sajha so well.

I could be wrong but my understanding is the job should be related with your subject of study. The best answer will be get the suggestion from attorney. All the best. Just my 2 cents of thought.

On what basis you are applying for file Labor. I mean you don't have bachelor degree yet right? For EB2, you must have at least bachelor degree with 5 years of experience in related field or masters degree and for EB3 you must have atleast bachelor degree. First do some research first.
