I want to buy a ticket to Nepal through Orbitz.com . Has anybody bought a ticket to Nepal online instead of going through travel agencies? How did that work..
I will be flying via Italy..do i need a transit visa?? My US visa has expired..
help would be appreciated..

Did you check with some of the nepali travel agencies? I think ticket thru travel website will be little expensive.

Consider both in terms of price. However, feel free to buy the cheaper. No issues at all.... (I think that was the intent of yor question).
Visa in Italy??? (Flying Gulf , I suppose??) check Priceline they might have cheapest prices.....
Also, call the Italian embassy for visa requirements and restrictions.
