Baruch College DOES NOT offer instate tution fee to international students. And you can apply for the MBA program even if your major during undergrad was accouting. My friend majored in accounting and is now doing her MBA in Baruch. Overall, I heard it is a pretty good school.

Menmyself, I am pretty sure you didn't read that right. I have never heard of any MBA program that restricts a particular major. Violet7 is right, Baruch doesn't give instate discount for international students.

Stern and Columbia are pretty hard to get. Columbia, particularly, always comes in top 5 ranking nationwide and high set of requirements (average GMAT, I think, is around 720). Stern is a little easier but still requires good GMAT (over 90 percentile) and undergrad gpa. Baruch has a very well put together MBA program and sometimes will admit lesser than par GMAT scores (650 range).

Good luck with your search.

Yeah me too.. i have never heard that kind of thing too.. but in baruch website... it says that.... but if people are getting addmissions with the accounting major.. I guess I can get the admission too... I will go myself to the college to check it out...I just want to get in a good and recognized university where i can get more oppurtunity...
Thank you for ur suggestion....
