Hello,
I have a nondisclosure and non-solicitation agreement with my consulting company. They loaned me to a Vendor, who placed me to a project in a client through an implementation partner. The implementation partner now wants to hire me. Can I lawfully work for that implementation parter if I wish to? If yes, how can get the release form from my consulting company?

From my contract, the following section looked important to me.
G. Non-solicitation - "During my period of employement and for the period of one year after the cessation of my employment for any reason, whether with or without cause, I shall not directly or indirectly, either alone or in concert with other, solicit or entice any employee of or  consultant to the company to leave the company or work for anyone in competition with the company."

I was exactly in same situation.I had to leave the company though  client offered me many times to join as fulltime.I didn't prefer to face hassle.

Some of my fren told me that initalliy they will threaten but later it will be fine.
