I had bought one phone from Ebay and it came to me in non working condition. and i returned them back and i requested them to send good phone . and again it came in non working condition. Non working condition mean, it doesn't even work. and i email them and send it back to them in Hongkong saying them to refund my money for the phone as well as the shipping cost i paid to send the phone back to them. After that they asked me to send the phone back to them and they will refund the money for the phone and shipping cost too. Now its been like 2 months they haven't refunded my money and they don't reply my email at all. 

Now what shall i do to refund my money. Can anyone give me a suggestion.?

The seller name in Ebay is Cellphoneforever. 

Any suggestion will be greately appreciated.

Contact ebay. There is always a buyers protection. Send them details. I think on serious case like urs they will support via phone too.

 Do a claim on paypal and send them copy of email with the seller, your problem will be solved. You sent the 1st non working phone back that's enough, paypal will immediately refund the money.

        When I've to buy something on ebay, i first make sure that the item is located in the US. i've been thru this hassle already. Them damn Chinese sellers send "KHASAKO maal" all the time! Buying from them is like buying from Hongking Bazaar somewhere in Kathmandu ( I forgot exactly where)
