I am applying for reinstatement. I have worked without authorization. Will that affect my reinstatement?

 No it doesnt matter.many ppl have done it.first time its piece of cake.Dont be scared to do right thing

 they wont check your work authorization. i was out of status too and had worked givin meh ss. juss file your application on time. they denied my reinstatement because i couldn't submit my application on time. i was given 30 days notice to leave the country. I flew to mexico and came back. if you are thinkin of goin out the country make sure you choose the easy port of entry while entering states. good luck

how come you went to Mexico and come back, i mean don't you have to get a visa to come back. Or is it that your visa hadn't been expired at that time. I am right now going through the same situation, I've been Ofs for a year and my visa is expired. Need some suggestion. Should i go for reinstatement or not, because I found that it's hard to get reinstated after being Ofs for more than 5 months. and what if I got rejected. What should I do?

When did you apply for reinstatemen that you weren't on time? Were you out of 5 mnths too? My 5 mnths will expire on July 15.

@ alwaysintrouble, I think yours and mine situation are bit different, becuz  you applied for reinstatement within 3 months being Ofs but, in my situation I have been Ofs for more than a year. So, I think mine will be harder to get accepted for reinstatement. And I'm worried what will be the outcome if  i don't accepted. But, I do really want to try for reinstatement and go back to school.

@confusedgurl Its ok sabai correct procedure follow garera reinstatement apply garda huncha. malai pani testai situation pareko thiyo few years back. mero situation ma ma school gairako thiye continiously. That is the main thing. School chai gairakhnu parcha and procedure correctly ra timely manner ma garyo bhane majale huncha. Tyo kaam gareko le kei farak pardaina. dherai stress nalikana apply garda huncha. darauna dine ra negative kura haru sunera tension nalida huncha. But i know kati stress huncha bhanera.
