When I was driving home from airport, the first thing that came to my mind was, traffic police needs to issue more tickets to stop these craziness in the road...................
Funny thing was, my friend from Europe came to visit Nepal and to have a good time, I let her sit on the front seat next to driver from airport to my house. At one point near Sinamangal, there were like five vehicles coming from other side without leaving any lane for opposite side. Our driver didn't even bother to slow down the taxi. He just pass the whole thing with the same speed, through a small gap. I heard my friend screaming. She told me that it was much more like a roller-coaster.
On the contrary, Yesterday and Today is Nepal Bandh agaist the rule that allows traffic police to issue tickets to the violaters.
There was this thread a while ago, whether you should come back to Nepal after you finish your study in US or not. I love Nepal and I am definitely not living abroad. But guys come with a green card or PR. Your brain is wired differently in US, once you get here it starts to go crazy. As for me, I sooooooooooo much want to come back just to keep my sane. And then come back to Nepal again. I guess this is the only way to make the transition from US/Canada/Europe/Australia to our beloved country Nepal.
